Steph’s passion for events initially sparked during her time working in brand activations, coinciding with her studies in Events Management. This passion has remained consistent throughout her 15 year career, which has spanned across the industry and included hospitality management roles.
In her current position, she is responsible for managing all aspects of your booking, from the initial inquiry through to the final handover.
Steph takes great pride in her unwavering attention to detail, regardless of the project’s size.
During weekends, Steph delights in exploring new places and taking leisurely walks by the water. Above all, she savours the simple pleasures of enjoying a nice meal and a glass of wine with her family and friends.
Ben serves as our project manager, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of everything on site. His role includes supervision and construction of installations. His fantastic attention to detail is an asset, and he collaborates seamlessly with both the team and clients.
Within The Party Hire Company, Ben relishes the diversity of his work, the focus on sustainability and the opportunity to work at various locations. His motivation is rooted in working outdoors and achieving customer satisfaction.
During weekends and his time off, he revels in being outdoors, camping and actively engaging in community service. Importantly, spending quality time with family is Ben’s ultimate joy.
Marketing/ Social Media Co-ordinator
Hope is our Social Media & Marketing coordinator. Her role involves keeping our marketing on brand and aligned with the company’s vision and values. Furthermore, she ensures that you stay up to date with the latest and greatest offerings from TPHC.
Leveraging her background in customer service and administration, Hope takes pleasure in creating engaging content for our clients and followers.
In the workplace, she thrives on staying busy and eagerly embraces any challenges that come her way.
On weekends, Hope enjoys sitting outside in the sun and indulging in painting. In her spare time, she takes pleasure in dining out with family and friends.
Christian built our sister company, Grand Stand Events, from the ground up. Specialising in Exhibitions, road shows, brand activations and more. He has over 20 years of experience in all areas of the events industry. Therefore, he knows how to cater to various types of occasions.
Furthermore, with extensive business and events expertise, he acquired The Party Hire Company in late 2021. Christian prides himself on taking that extra mile of care and ensuring the quality of The Party Hire Company products.
In his personal life, Christian is a keen wakeboarder who adores the outdoors and actively engages in community projects. Moreover, he holds a business degree, with a major in management and marketing.
Shallyn has an extensive background in administration and customer service. Additionally, she has previously worked within the banking sector.
In her role, Shallyn is responsible for overseeing all projects. She ensures that everyone stays on task and keeps the accounts in order. As a result, she has become everyone’s right-hand man.
Furthermore, Shallyn thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys staying busy. She takes great pride in her exceptional organisational skills and maintains a calm demeanour even in the midst of challenges. In her view, “Every problem has a solution.”
Beyond her professional life, Shallyn also enjoys renovating, expressing her creativity and embarking on camping trips with her family.
