MEET OUR DYNAMIC TEAM

Christian McNally
Director
Christian brings over 20 years of event industry experience to The Party Hire Co. He built our sister company, Grand Stand Events, from the ground up and knows what it takes to deliver standout events.
In 2021, he acquired The Party Hire Co with a simple goal – to raise the bar on local event hire.
When he’s not managing multiple businesses, you’ll find him wakeboarding, getting outdoors or giving his time to community projects.

Shallyn Linfanti
Production Manager
With a background in admin, customer service and banking, Shallyn keeps our projects (and our books) running smoothly. She’s the go-to person for making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Shallyn is calm under pressure, thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a practical, solution-first mindset to every challenge.
Outside work, she loves getting creative with home renos and heading off on camping trips with the family.

Lauren Saunders
Account Manager
With over seven years of experience in the wedding and events industry, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and practical expertise to The Party Hire Co team.
Having run her own styling and hire business, Lauren understands events from every angle and is passionate about helping clients bring their vision to life. Her experience spans weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events, giving her a strong understanding of planning, styling, and customer service.
Outside of work, Lauren loves spending time with her family and embracing her creative side through styling, design, and hands-on projects.

Ben Bird
Project Manager
Ben leads our site installs with care, precision and a serious eye for detail, no matter if it’s a backyard setup or a large-scale corporate or private event.
Ben thrives on variety, loves working outdoors and takes pride in making sure each job is done right. Sustainability matters to him, and so does leaving clients with a great experience.
When he’s not on-site, you’ll find him spending time with his family or out in the community as an active RFS volunteer.

Anik Fombertaux
Marketing Manager
Anik drives the strategy, storytelling and our voice behind our brand. With a background in event hire and business ownership, and a sharp handle on digital marketing, she brings order to our systems and life to everything we publish.
When she’s not deep in our website admin or writing our EDMs, you’ll find her baking, walking her dog or halfway through yet another Harry Potter rewatch.
