On Saturday, 24 October, we had the absolute pleasure of supplying, attending and capturing the wedding of one of our very own, Ben, and his beautiful bride, Amelia.
Set amongst the rolling hills of Glenworth Valley on the Central Coast, their wedding was filled with everything that makes a day like this so special. Beautiful surroundings, incredible friends and family, plenty of happy tears and a whole lot of love.
We’ve been part of hundreds of weddings over the years, but getting to celebrate one of our own was something truly special.
An Outdoor Wedding at Glenworth Valley
With its sweeping green hills, bushland and wide open spaces, Glenworth Valley provided a beautiful backdrop for Ben and Amelia’s outdoor wedding.
The ceremony featured an arbour supplied by Everlong Events, dressed with florals by Anything Floral CC. With their closest friends and family gathered around them, Ben and Amelia exchanged their vows before the celebrations continued into the evening.
And what a group of people to celebrate with. The love, laughter and genuine happiness shared between everyone there was something we’ll remember for a long time.
A Marquee Wedding Reception
For the reception, The Party Hire Company supplied and installed a 10m x 15m wedding marquee, complete with full timber flooring, extended flooring bays to create outdoor decking, clear walls and fairy lighting.
Inside, polished timber tables and bentwood chairs were paired with beautiful tablescapes and floral arrangements by The Coastal Bud.
Hanging greenery and fairy lights filled the ceiling, while a fairy light-lit silk wall added another beautiful detail to the reception space.
The combination of natural timber, greenery and soft lighting suited the Glenworth Valley setting beautifully, creating a warm and relaxed space for dinner, speeches and dancing.
Wedding Furniture, Bar Hire & Outdoor Styling
Beyond the marquee, there were plenty of spaces for guests to relax, catch up and enjoy the afternoon.
Moroccan ottomans and layered rugs provided casual outdoor seating, while festoon lighting added to the atmosphere as the evening celebrations got underway.
Guests could also enjoy a little friendly competition with Giant Jenga, cornhole, skittles and quoits.
One of the standout additions was our new Curved Indoor Ripple Bar. Its curved shape and textured finish brought a modern touch to the reception, sitting alongside wine barrels and rustic bar stools.
Our much-loved Stella the Piaggio also made an appearance, adding a little vintage charm to the celebrations.

The Party Hire Co team did such an amazing job bringing our wedding together. The marquee looked beautiful, and everything was exactly how we’d imagined it. Adding their content creation package was such a great bonus. There were so many little moments we missed on the day, and being able to look back on them has been really special. A Special Day for One of Our Own
As much as we love seeing a wedding come together, this one was about so much more than the marquee, furniture and lighting.
It was about Ben and Amelia, and the incredible people they have around them.
Being there to celebrate alongside their family and friends, witnessing all those beautiful moments and seeing just how loved these two are was something we’ll never forget.
We laughed, we cried (a lot), and we’re still talking about it.
Ben and Amelia, thank you for letting us be part of your day. We couldn’t be happier for you both and wish you a lifetime of love, laughter and happiness.
