ANU OPEN DAY

The ANU Open Day 2023 was an interactive event that aimed to showcase the facilities, programs, and student life at the Australian National University. As a leading educational institution, ANU attracts a diverse range of students from all over, and the day was a perfect opportunity for students to learn more about the university and explore their options.

Our sister company, Grand Stand Events, has been working with ANU since 2013 and approached us to assist with the setup and planning for the event. We couldn’t have been any more keen to help bring it all together.

Our team built several Hocker marquees on the campus grounds that served as registration and course information areas. Alongside this, we also helped with the setup of Grand Stand Events brand new custom-built portable container that acted as an information base camp. The container was designed to be easily transportable and customisable, making it the perfect solution for events such as the Open Day.

As part of our involvement, we were also tasked with laying over 260 meters of vinyl stickers across the grounds. The stickers provided directional signage and helped attendees navigate around the campus.

Overall, the day was a huge success, and we were proud to have been a part of it alongside our sister company. Our ability to work seamlessly together and deliver a high-quality event is a testament to our partnership and expertise in event management.
