Project Overview

Wish for A Baby 2024, held at the Sydney Masonic Centre, was a dedicated event bringing together key players in the fertility and surrogacy industry. We provided a comprehensive shell scheme solution, encompassing electrical installations, booth structures, exhibitor packages, and full event logistics. Our goal was to create a professional and engaging exhibition space that supported exhibitors in effectively showcasing their services to attendees seeking fertility and surrogacy solutions.

Scope of Work

Managing an end-to-end solution, managing the bump-in, full installation, dismantling, and bump-out of the exhibition, our responsibilities covered a broad range of structural, electrical, and logistical elements, ensuring a seamless and professional setup for all exhibitors.

Electrical Installation

We ensured all exhibitors had reliable power and lighting by managing:

• Leads & Distribution across all stands, providing safe and consistent power access.

• 3-Phase Switchboard Installation with six 15amp circuits, ensuring sufficient electrical capacity for exhibitor needs.

The Party Hire Company – Shell Scheme Solution

The Party Hire Company provided and installed 12 high-quality Octanorm 3m x 3m Booth Structures, tailored to suit the needs of exhibitors. Each booth included:

• 2 x LED Arm Lights for enhanced visibility.

• 1 x 5amp Power Supply to support exhibitor equipment.

• 1 x Custom Printed Fascia Sign for clear brand recognition.

• White PVC Infill Wall Panels, creating a clean, professional aesthetic.

• A dedicated Account Manager, ensuring smooth communication with exhibitors and addressing any requirements throughout the event.

The Octanorm system provided a versatile and visually appealing structure, balancing practicality with a premium feel. The modular design allowed exhibitors to personalise their space while maintaining a cohesive event layout.

Each booth was designed to provide a polished, functional, and professional environment, allowing exhibitors to focus on engaging with potential clients and networking with industry professionals.

Exhibitor Packages & Custom Branding

To maximise exhibitor presence and branding, our exhibitor packages included:

• 6 Printed Back Walls (3 x Panels per stand), offering high-impact visual branding for exhibitors. Exhibitors had the opportunity to include additional printed panels if required.

• 6 High Bar Seating Packages, each including a high bar table and three stools, creating comfortable and inviting discussion spaces.

• 6 Custom Printed Counters featuring fully branded PVC front panels and lockable storage, providing both branding impact and functional storage solutions for exhibitors.

These additions allowed exhibitors to showcase their branding effectively while ensuring a professional and functional workspace throughout the event.

Logistical & Support Services

Beyond the structural and electrical setup, The Party Hire Company provided key logistical services, ensuring a smooth and efficient event experience:

• Warehouse Pick & Pack Services, organising all materials for a streamlined installation process.

• Post-Show Disposal & Recycling, managing waste responsibly, aligning with sustainability initiatives.

• Event Consumables, supplying essential materials to support setup and exhibitor needs.

• SMC Manual Handling Services, ensuring compliance with venue logistics and operational requirements for safe and efficient handling of materials.
