Growth Potential 2025 was a business networking and growth-focused conference, bringing together business owners, service providers, and attendees in a structured environment built around connection and conversation.

Rather than a traditional exhibition, the setup needed to support key businesses attending the event with dedicated spaces to promote what they do, have conversations, and build relationships throughout the day.

The Party Hire Company delivered a full setup to support the networking environment, centred around Octanorm booths for key businesses attending the conference.

Octanorm Booth Setup

We supplied and installed 10 Octanorm booths, giving each business a defined space to operate from throughout the event.

These weren’t large exhibition stands. They were clean, simple setups designed to support conversation, brand visibility, and easy engagement.

Each booth included:

  • Octanorm framing system
  • White PVC infill panels
  • Custom printed fascia signage
  • 2 x LED arm lights
  • 1 x 10amp power supply

The system kept everything consistent across the room while still allowing each business to personalise their space.

Electrical Infrastructure

We delivered power distribution across all booths to ensure each business had access to reliable power for devices, screens, and general use.

Branding & Enhancements

To help businesses stand out within the space, we supplied additional upgrades where required:

  • Printed back wall panels for selected booths
  • Wall-mounted 55” screen for presentations
  • Custom booth enhancements based on individual needs

These additions gave businesses more flexibility in how they presented themselves and engaged with attendees.



Furniture & Layout

To support networking and movement throughout the space, we supplied furniture designed for quick conversations and casual interaction:

  • High bar tables
  • Stools and seating areas

Logistics & Event Services

We managed the full delivery and pack-down of the event, including:

  • Warehouse pick and pack
  • Transport to Terrigal
  • Onsite consumables
  • Post-event pack-down and removal
  • Full bump-in and bump-out crew

Everything was installed and removed within a tight timeframe, with a clear focus on efficiency and minimal disruption.

The event required a fast, well-coordinated setup to ensure all booths were ready for businesses on arrival.
